The next B & B room is a large family room with ensuite, cooking facilities and is also off the main hallway. It features a giant comfy king size bed and a single bed on the veranda for the offspring. For total comfort there is also a reverse heater/cooler, TV and overhead fan. Naturally TV and FREE wifi is available as it is to every guest.
The bathroom off the well preserved hallway has a good size bath with shower overhead and services the 4th rental room in the main section off the house. This room has a queen sized bed and a small kitchenette. As with all the rooms there is an overhead fan plus portable air conditioner, TV and access to WIFI.
The hallway is complete with original arches and mouldings, high ceilings, polished wood floor with old fashioned carpet runner.
This is the end of the RENTAL AREA and now we come to the private residence.



PRIVATE RESIDENCE:-

At the end of the hallway, you enter the large well-appointed timber kitchen fitted with stainless steel range, dishwasher central food preparation bench and informal dining area; this is the ideal spot for breakfast and lunch. To the left is another generously sized room (office or extra bedroom) overlooking the greenhouse/fernery.
The kitchen has a total overview of the sunken lounge and formal dining room, rear garden and pool, so that children are under your eye at all times.
To the right of this family area three steps lead to two more bedrooms which are the family bedrooms and assure privacy at all times.
Laundry has large built in cupboard to hide all necessary household cleaning gear etc!
