Spring out of bed from what glorious views you already have and pop out to the balcony for a cuppa to watch the boys in their rowing shells slip by or the boats on their moorings wriggle around in the breeze. The ferries flash past from Perth to Rotto and a few pleasure boats off for a ride, you can see the people on their way out Point Walter spit, spend the whole day just here and enjoying the peacefulness.
Get your feet wet and stroll along the beach to Dalkeith Point Resolution or around to the yacht club and watch the fishermen at the Claremont jetty, you know you can scoop for crabs just out the front.
Time to come inside for a shower or bath they both are separate and share with the laundry, next to the separate wc at the end of the passage.

Stuck in the kitchen is not so bad, check out the view of the exotic gardens of next door while creating a snack for for quiet times.

Time to go somewhere, with a bus at the gate to Claremont Quarter or past UWA to the City, take the car it's in the carport front of a storeroom with a bit of overflow parking outside the secure gates
