Over the last 11 years we have loved making this house our home. We have created many happy memories here and hope that you do too.

This house has allowed us to have an indoor/outdoor lifestyle, with many afternoons spent outside on the deck and in the garden. The house has been amazing for entertaining family and friends with the open kitchen and plenty of space on the large deck.

We live in a lovely, safe and family friendly neighbourhood surrounded by wonderful long-term neighbours. There is a real sense of community here and we all look out for each other.

One of the things we love most about our area is the access to local parks, greenspace and the River. Our favourite thing to do on a Saturday morning is to family walk up to Yeronga Memorial Park for play or swim at the pool and then walk over to Evo Café for coffee and breakfast.

We love that we have everything we need on our doorstep - cafes, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, schools and recreation space.
