Living on one of the highest hills in the heart of Canning Vale, close to beautiful parks, arterial roads, and walking distance to shops, is wonderful. However, being able to bask in the beauty of nature on your own block is a real treat, and is something my husband and I love. A range of bird life including kookaburras, and black cockatoos can be enjoyed whilst lounging in the patio area making outdoor living a tranquil experience. Sitting in the TV area in summer and looking out to the blue sky over the hills is lovely. It's equally as beautiful in winter when you can sit and watch the clouds roll in, and listen to the trees rustle: it's good for the soul. Although, we are sad at the thought of moving on, it's time to downsize. The house still has potential for a new owner and would be amazing with a second storey, giving views of the city to the hills. It's also a wonderful street to live in, it's private, quiet, and the neighbours are all long-time residents who are friendly, and trustworthy.
