The owners designed & built this home in 2018 with a local award wining building company. A design that was focused around being a grand family home that embraced the views of the position and to be energy efficient for the long term.

The owners installed two 24,000 litre water tanks, providing the home with the ability to run on pure rain water or be switched to town water run through a softener. 'Off Grid' could be quickly and easily achieved.
