'TREVORS'

'Trevors' is a large parcel of East Coast property, the type that seldom comes into the market. Bordering the Northern side of the Arthur Highway and accessed off Boomer Road, this land rises to the North with many parts commanding great views.

The natural vegetation on the wooded areas include areas of eu Obliqua (String Bark) eu Ovata (Black Gum) and eu Pulchella (Peppermint). There is a Forest Practices Plan current for part of the Trevors property, if removal of some timbered areas is required. There is likely to be gravel deposits available on the property.

The great attraction of this block is the almost 1km of Arthur Highway at its Southern boundary and the expansive views to the East.

The Eastern perspective includes views to Norfolk Bay near Murdunna, Blackman Bay, Dunalley, The Narrows Marion Bay and Marion Bay, The Mercury Passage, Maria Island, Hellfire Bluff and out to the Tasman Sea. To the West you can see Mount Wellington.

What a location for an eco-village amongst the wildlife, STCA where Wallabies, Tasmanian Devils, Wombats, Eastern Barred Bandicoots and birds like Wedge-Tailed Eagles White Bellied Sea Eagles and Parrots are likely to roam.

This property ticks many boxes - improvement for agriculture when dams are developed - good sheep run country - maybe even as a tourist experience - with such panoramic views, the opportunities are endless.
