This manufacturing business is well established and continually growing in sales due to a high quality product and great service.
60% of orders are standard weekly orders that are automatically processed via computer using a Reckon accounting system, and 40% orders are via telephone and then put in the system.
Some full time management will greatly improve the financial rewards of this solid business. In 2 years a good operator could pay off this great business and have a long term asset.
There are currently 4 full time bakers and 2 packers, and staff start at 2 pm and finish approx 11pm. Working only 6 days a week, and only 1 shift per day. There are cameras in the factory that can be accessed remotely via a smart phone.
