We love that our home is so central to everywhere, Maroochydore, Kawana Buderim and five minutes to Mooloolaba. I can ride my bike to local shops or enjoy a walk along the paths at sunset around the lake.

We love the way the kitchen is so open, it has two wall ovens which is great when we have the family coming over. It looks out over the sparkling pool and makes it fantastic for entertaining family and friends.

The main bedroom is so spacious and we love that the double shower and double basins it also overlooks the outdoor entertaining area and pool. There is plenty of storage all through the house and each bedroom has built in robes. The four bedrooms are all queen size and the office gives us ample working space.

Our pool is easy to maintain and has solar heating for the winter time. We loved the home that much that we wanted to make a few changes and add in security screens and plantation shutters. We also travel a lot which is why it was so important to us that we have secure side access to allow space for our 20ft caravan.
