Huge Reduction - Find the pot of gold at the end of the rainbow with this cottage

This cute little cottage is in the heart of gold country in the sleepy town of Stuart Town NSW. Stuart Town, formerly known as Ironbark, is a small town on the Central Western Slopes of New South Wales, Australia within Dubbo Regional Council. It is located 317 kilometers (197 mi) northwest of the state capital, Sydney. At the 2011 census, Stuart Town had a population of 487.
The area around the town is rich in cattle farming and orchards, so the town serves as a service center to that area. The town was established in 1879 with the arrival of the railway from Sydney after reports of gold being found in the area but was not fully established until the construction of the nearby Lake Burrendong. The town was formerly called Ironbark and so is the feature of the Banjo Paterson poem "The Man from Ironbark". It conducts an annual Man from Ironbark Festival.
This gorgeous cottage would have been one of the first buildings in the village that is steeped in history. Banjo Patterson wrote the Man from Ironbark about this village and the gold is still being found in the area!
Although small, this home has a lot to offer. Walking into the large lounge room you can feel right at home with beautiful polished floorboards and a sunny aspect. Walk through to the dining room where many a yarn has been told over roast lamb and all the trimmings.
The bedrooms are a decent size and the master is fit for a King. They have been freshly painted and are ready for you to just move in.
The kitchen is old but serviceable with plenty of storage space and electric cooking. To keep you toasty in winter there is a solid wood heater, which will warm the cockles of your heart.
The bathroom is large with a shower recess, vanity and toilet and plenty of room for the laundry.
Outside there are 2 functional water tanks and plenty of room to build your dream garden.
But wait, there's more…. in the backyard, there is an old caravan which could handsomely house the guests that will come fossicking for gold in them their hills!
This is a great little property which is waiting for the right person to come along and make it their own…is that you?
