Inside is a spacious 8m x 7m living area that can sleep 6 or more, host the couch and TV plus a small kitchenette in the corner. Large shutters open up to allow air flow and cool breeze throughout the shed. This versatile area is a great spot to rest your head or prepare for another big day on the water.
Surrounding the home are native bushlands plus a fire area with logs so you can roast a marshmallow or two with the kids, a 25,000 litre rainwater tank and a 20ft shipping container for secure storage for your rods and reels.
Dundee Beach is the ultimate locals escape, spend your weekends lazing on the beach in total seclusion. Riding dirt bikes, quad bikes, go fishing, read a book, relax, play with the kids, have a camp fire, dine with the locals at the tavern or just enjoy the total escape that comes with owning a property out here.
