This low-set home is just waiting to be renovated and brought back to life!
Sitting comfortably on a wide 701m2 block, with renovations and upgrades happening in the street, this older style low-set home was built in 1939 and is just a short walk to transport and the popular Redcliffe to Mitchelton bikeway, and only minutes to schools, cafes and the waterfront -- not to mention a direct line of 16km or 20 minutes to the Brisbane CBD.
The home needs a lot of love and attention, but would be a fantastic project for a builder, or experienced renovator or wanting to get their foot into the local market.
With a front east-facing position, this three bedroom, plus lounge/dining, kitchen and single bathroom property provides a great canvas and offers endless potential! The entire roof has just been replaced and looks fantastic. Sought-after extras include a fantastic location surrounded by both renovated and new builds, side access with car port and plenty of room out back for a pool or sheds!
When considering a renovation project it's important to know what you are taking on. To make this process easier the sellers have undertaken a full building inspection with the report available for prospective buyers.
If you've been searching for an affordable renovator that also offers large land, huge potential in a convenient location, or a solid investment, this property is for you.

About Deagon
Deagon is an outer suburb of Brisbane and was named after William Deagon who was Mayor of Sandgate from 1882 through 1884. A Queensland Racing training facility, Deagon Racecourse, lies to the north of the suburb.
Horse racing in Deagon ceased in 1941, but the racecourse remains a first rate training establishment. Deagon has a flat topography with one of its boundaries being Cabbage Tree Creek. The Creek’s catchment is largely urbanised but the Boondall Wetlands, which is separated from Deagon by the Creek, plays an important role in providing essential habitat for a range of birds and animals, including migratory birds.
The Boondall Wetlands near Deagon have ecosystems that are fresh as well as areas that are salt water. Deagon is easily accessed from Sandgate Road and the Gateway Motorway.
Deagon also has a railway line with three stations easily accessed by Deagon residents: North Boondall, Deagon, and Sandgate. Deagon also has a variety of bus services operated by Brisbane Transport and Hornibrook Bus Lines.
