The property is located 21.9km* Southwest of Warooka, only approximately 4km* being unsealed road, with frontage to Foul Bay Road. Arable areas consist of sandy grey loam soils having been managed a mix of continuous cropping and year-in-year-out rotation in most recent years.
The property enjoys a bore with solar pump with 3-4* year old 40mm pipe feeding trough and tanks throughout the property suitable for stock. There's a modern 152,000L* steel trough catching rainwater from the implement sheds to provide some spraying water.
