The master bedroom boasts its own private sanctuary for relaxation with a freestanding tub overlooking the rolling hills and beyond. There is a blind but trust us - you won't want to compromise that view! Add a candle and a glass of bubbles ... and need we say more!
The bedrooms are all spacious in size and well-appointed and with two additional bathrooms and toilets.
The property also has a media room, shared office/gym (basic gym/exercise equipment) and what would a country experience be without a pool/bar room complete with cowhide rug!
Whether you're going to take leisurely walks, picnicking by the creek, riding the rail trail or you just want to host a BBQ, sit around a firepit and see the sunrise this property offers all of the above.
"Janderra" is situated on an expansive 105 acres of land, if you do want the ultimate countryside experience we can arrange to leave some hay to feed the sheep or the occasional poddy calf!
Right on the edge of Tumbarumba, with easy access to local amenities and shops you can drive to town in as little as two minutes! It's only a short walk to the Golf Club - make sure you get the courtesy bus to drive you home though! So grab your gals, or a group of mates and visit our gateway to the Snowy Mountains.

This property is located on a working farm, so on the odd occasion you may see the owner in the tractor working on paddocks or the industrial garage! Feel free to have a chat!
