Upstairs, amazing open plan living, kitchen and dine. Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher, microwave and gas cook top/electric oven. Large flat screen TV in the living, DVD player. 2x R/C air conditioners service this area.
Main bedroom with queen bed, walk-in robe, ensuite with double shower, separate toilet. Lovely balcony area off the main bedroom. 2nd bedroom with queen bed.
The large balcony upstairs is fully enclosed with sliding screens and doors. Very safe and secure for young children. Gas hooded barbecue and outdoor setting.

Fantastic location, fantastic facilities.
After staying at 9a Surfside Court over the Easter break with our family we would highly recommend this property to future tenants.
We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves & our stay. The beach being so close was fantastic for the kids & adults alike.
Absolutely everything is thought of as to what is available to use on & in the property.
Although there was an air conditioning issue we were informed beforehand so there were no surprises & allowances had been accommodated.
Would highly recommend to families, we had 12 people stay & had other family members come for day trip visits with still plenty of room to sit around & relax.
Would definitely rent again. Thank you it was great!

Rates:
$6000 per week - New Year Rate
$5000 per week - December/January Holidays
$4000 for 4 nights - Easter
$4500 per week - School Holidays
$4000 per week - Shoulder Season (Feb & Mar)
$3000 per week - Off Season & Winter

$650 per night, minimum 2 nights in the off season and winter time only
Long weekends 3 night minimum.
1 week minimum during other periods

$200 Compulsory Cleaning Fee
$1000 Bond
