This 2 bedroom home with beautiful waterfront views and access, is the ideal getaway for a relaxing break or as a base for business-related travel.
The property is adjacent to the local Dolphin Sanctuary and dolphins can occasionally be seen from the front courtyard, as well as a variety of seabirds. The 30 km bike/hike Coastal Trail (that runs from Outer Harbour all the way to Seacliff) is at the end of the road.
North Haven has so much to offer – a short walk around the marina and you will find the Beach Haven Café, Sailmaster Tavern, Indian, Asian, Italian cuisines & other takeaway shops. Locally you will also find the North Haven Shopping Centre with Drakes, Priceline, Post Office, Subway, Bakeries and much more!
The lively and attractive hub of Semaphore is a short distance down the road, with a wide range of shops, pubs, cafes, cinema, and other amenities. Along the way you will come across the iconic Largs Bay foreshore, Jetty & Largs Pier Hotel. There are several supermarkets locally, and the large West Lakes Shopping Mall is about 15 minutes' drive away.
