Complete with a courtyard off the main living area as you enter the proeprty this level also have a large kitchen complete with dishwasher and air fryer. Wifi available and a large living / Dining area with a split system air conditioner and a seperate office and power room in the laundry area. Upstairs has a 2nd living room which leads onto the balcony with water views. A seperate master bedroom including an ensuite the main bathroom and the other 2 bedrooms all with fans and security screens throughout. Close to public transport and only a 5 minute walk to parklands on the waterfront or a 15 minute walk to the Belvedere Hotel at Woody Point you are in a great location.
