Internally, this has to be one the best (and smartest) renovations I have seen. My vendor has addressed all of the lesser points in the original plans. They have extensively upgraded the design by opening up the kitchen to give it an attractive ‘open plan’ look and feel which flows right through to the brilliant covered alfresco area at the back.

In doing so they have fully utilized the space and added today’s ‘necessities of living’ by adding additional storage space, a pantry & Bosch dishwasher. Plus, they have modernised the laundry & powder room whilst hiding it behind an attractive barn door.

Its freshly painted throughout with stylish flooring throughout and the ‘white themed’ two-pac kitchen with new appliances & range hood is an absolute peach. It’s private, fully fenced & secure, and has an attractive canopy of foliage as a backdrop with a large grassed, and rarely used common area to the side. The fastidious attention to detail includes an attractive cover to store the necessary rubbish bins.

Upstairs you will find the bathroom has been thoroughly renovated with frameless glass shower, tiles to the ceiling & attractive cabinetry. They have new carpet, freshly painted, new air conditioning units in both, plus a new fan in master B/R.

Final Comment: I know demand for this townhouse will be extreme because of the quality of the offering. In fairness to all, the open homes will be the primary viewing opportunity. Please take the time to study the photos & then make sure you are at the initial open home.
