The kitchen has an electric oven, microwave, fridge and dining table, while the adjoining living area includes a TV and electric wall heater. The bathroom offers a shower and vanity with a separate toilet. A washing machine is also provided for guest use.

Plenty of parking space is available for cars and a boat.
