There is a lovely sitting area outside in the backyard to watch the kids play, plus a verandah at the front of the home to catch the morning sun. Carport parking for one car, plus space for 2nd car off the street.

Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Landlord may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the landlord reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
