Indoor Comforts - Flat screen TV, DVD player, R/C air conditioner, Ipod dock. Fully self contained kitchen with dishwasher, microwave, and good size fridge. Outdoor Entertaining - Table and chairs for alfresco dining on the deck complete with gas BBQ. Garage not for use.
Pets permitted - the property is not fenced, but the entire deck is secured. Internally there are floor boards or tiled surfaces throughout and pets are allowed inside also.

$200 per night on long weekends (3 night minimum)

*****Please note that the Landlord has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by the Landlord, and the Landlord reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time with a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended. If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Landlord may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the landlord reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
