Welcome to the Perfect Family Holiday rental in Berrara! This charming retro-styled house offers an ideal getaway for families or groups of up to ten guests. With its four bedrooms, two bathrooms, and ample living space, this holiday rental promises an enjoyable stay.

Things to note about the property:
- Linen and towels are not supplied (contact our office for the local linen hire company)
- Aircon IS available
- WIFI is NOT available.
- No Garage
- No smoking inside the house
- No Pets allowed.

Inside:
As you enter, you'll be greeted by a welcoming hallway that sets the tone for your relaxing retreat. On the left side of the hallway, you'll find two bedrooms, providing comfortable sleeping arrangements for a restful night's sleep.

Continuing forward, you'll come across a well-appointed bathroom, conveniently located for easy access from the bedrooms. It's equipped with amenities to cater to your needs during your stay.

To the right of the hallway, you'll discover the heart of the home—an equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a cozy lounge room. The dining area offers a perfect space to gather and enjoy meals together, creating lasting memories.

Upstairs, you'll find a layout mirroring the downstairs level, ensuring ample space for everyone in your group. The upstairs area also features a kitchen and a balcony with outdoor furniture, providing a picturesque spot to savour your morning coffee or enjoy the sunset with a refreshing drink.

Outside:
The backyard of the Perfect Family Holiday rental is a true oasis for both kids and adults. The large grass area invites outdoor activities and playtime, while the BBQ area and outdoor furniture offer an opportunity for alfresco dining and relaxation. Whether it's a family barbecue or a leisurely afternoon spent basking in the sunshine, the backyard is an inviting space for all.

Location
The location of this holiday rental is superb, with close proximity to beautiful beaches. You can easily explore the sandy shores, take refreshing swims, or indulge in a variety of water sports. Berrara and its surrounding areas also offer opportunities for hiking, fishing, and exploring the natural beauty of the region.

Upon booking we require a security deposit plus credit card details. Once the property is inspected after your departure and no issues are found your security deposit will be released into your nominated bank account via BSB and Account Number and credit card details are destroyed within two weeks.
