Enjoy the seaviews from the large living room which has Flat screen 75inch smart TV & DVD. 4inch smart TV in BRM1, 43inch smart TV in BRM3 and 55inch smart TV in the rear flat; all with access to Netflix (account provided allowing simultaneous viewing in all rooms). Ducted air conditioning through out the house. Five bedrooms one with ensuite. Main bathroom is fitted out for people with disabilities. Second bathroom/laundry with shower, vanity, washer & toilet. coin-op dryer available on site. Third toilet. Fully self contained kitchen with microwave & dishwasher. 2x high chairs available to use. From $350 per night - for 10 people maximum
11th person onwards, there is a charge of $33 per night per person (min 2 nights)

$480 per night - Shoulder Season
$350 per night - Off Season & Winter
$160 cleaning fee applies to all bookings.
$800 Refundable Bond

*****Please note that the Landlord has various rights as follows: Bookings are subject to confirmation by
the Landlord, and the Landlord reserves the right to cancel a booking at any time with a full refund. Travel insurance is recommended.
If the full amount of rental is not received by the due date, the Landlord may RETAIN ANY DEPOSIT PAID, and re et the property. Should you need to cancel your booking the landlord reserves the right to RETAIN the payment received if we are unable to re let for this period. All cancellations must be made in writing.
