Imagine sitting out on the deck watching the sunset in this lovely modern three bedroom two bathroom open plan fully furnished and self contained holiday home. Offering great views of the rolling hills and some views of Diamond Island with a short stroll to the beach, air conditioning for your heating and cooling, 2 person spa bath, T.V, Foxtel with the Sports and Movie Channels and a DVD player. Downstairs is a second bathroom which is close to the bedrooms. In the third bedroom there is the Play Station monitor and games and another DVD player for you and the kids entertainment - with sliding doors off the bedrooms allowing access to the large deck and second BBQ area. Fully equipped laundry - washing machine and dryer.
There are 2 x BBQ areas -(1) Weber BBQ's - for the deck outside upstairs kitchen area and also (2) larger BBQ on larger back deck with outside table and chairs accessed through the downstairs bedrooms.
The property sleeps up to six people having two single beds and two queen beds.
Linen is supplied at the property. Beach towels are not supplied.
A dishwasher has recently been supplied.
Summer Rates: 1st November to 30th April
$270 per night (minimum of 2 nights)
$1600.00 per week
Winter Rates: 1st May to 31st October
$230.00 per night (minimum of 2 nights)
$1100 per week
We require 20% of total rental or one night's accommodation to be paid (whichever is the greater amount) to secure booking within 7 days. On cancellation of booking, this amount is not refundable.
Note: Any incidentals will be charge on check-out and a 2% surcharge would be applied if paid by credit card **
NO internet services at the property, Free Wi-Fi is available at Bicheno Township and mobile phone coverage is generally limited to Telstra.
