As you enter the home, you’re greeted into an entry area styled with coastal dcor and wooden furniture, setting the tone for a relaxed seaside experience. The hallway leads to the three bedrooms, each with built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans for added comfort. One bedroom features access to a private covered patio, complete with a small table and chairs—an ideal spot for some down time.
The bathrooms are spacious and thoughtfully designed. One bathroom features a bathtub under a cedar ceiling void with a skylight, creating a serene, spa-like ambiance. Both bathrooms are conveniently located at either end of the hallway.
The heart of the home is the open-plan living area, where you’ll find a modern kitchen, dining area, and lounge room, all designed to take advantage of the stunning river views. The kitchen is well-equipped with modern appliances, a large island bench, and plenty of space for preparing meals.
