"Requirements for Application and Move-in:
To initiate the application process and secure your tenancy, all prospective renters must provide the following documentation:
* 100 points of identification.
* Complete contact information including work and mobile numbers, email address, and current residential address.
* Car registration details, with make, model and colour.
* Preferred move-in date.
Rental Payments: Rental payments are to be made strictly on a weekly basis via direct debit. Upon commencement of the lease, renters are required to submit a bond equivalent to four weeks rent (total $6400), along with four weeks rent in advance ($6400). Subsequent rental payments will be debited weekly starting one week after the move-in date.
